Microsoft Surface series is one of my favorites because of its convertible design Stylus Support and Precision. The floating slider design effortlessly switches between different modes, including a tablet. For laser engraving, this is incredibly useful when working on intricate designs. It was really helpful to turn on Studio Mode and use the touchscreen like a drawing board to sketch directly onto the screen with the Surface Pen (sold separately), which offers pressure sensitivity. This allows me to adjust designs on the fly without needing an external drawing tablet, making the design process much more intuitive.
A 14.4” touchscreen with 2400 x 1600 resolution offers fantastic clarity and color accuracy. The Surface Laptop Studio 2’s lightweight design and 19-hour battery life are my favorite features. This feature is really helpful for those who are managing laser engraving as a mobile business or need to take your work on the go.
