Sometimes when using printers somehow printer is offline when the indicator light indicates if the printer is turned on. This can happen because when we process our work to print, the printer is still in the offline state and we forgot to turn it on, after live printer settings so remain offline, then how is the solution?
Here is a tutorial on how to solve printer problems in offline mode
1) Make sure the printer light is turned on and normal, if it does not occur blinking, if there is blinking possibility your printer asks to be reset or there is a paper jam that to be fixed. And also check the printer cable is properly connected on your computer’s USB port.
2) After printer light is under normal conditions, please go to the Control Panel, for Windows 10 you can type in the search box with Control Panel and please open it. Then you can open View devices and printers in menu. See below screenshots.
3) The next step is to right-click your printer and then select the menu “See what’s printing“, the menu may not be the same, please find what you think the same purpose.
4) The final step is to select Printer menu, then uncheck Use Printer Offline option. After that you can try to print the document again, and if there is no problem your printer should already be in online mode.
