Adobe Illustrator is an application used to create and design images in vector format. Almost same with adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator is also used to edit and create designs, but because format in adobe illustrator shaped vector will make any image not broken when their resize becomes larger or smaller pictures.
Adobe Illustrator is commonly used for design drawing of T-shirts, logos, banners, cartoons, artworks, watermarks, graphics and images that require very large pixels.
Tools or menus in adobe illustrator is actually very similar with in adobe photoshop. So, for those of you who are accustomed to using adobe photoshop will not be too difficult to learn and understand the functions of the tools that exist in adobe illustrator.
To use adobe illustrator on in Windows operating system, you’re requires a computer with the following specifications: minimum OS Windows XP SP 1 or higher, 1 GB RAM (bigger is better), Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2Gz (higher is better) , Harddisk free space 2GB or more, Minimum Resolution Display 1024×768 (1280×800 recommended), OpenGL 4.x., highly recommended also if your computer supports APU or GPU from AMD or Nvidia, so your computer will faster while rendering a vector/graphic images.
